We want you to love your glow; if a shade isn't the perfect match, you can return lightly used products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain skincare and tool categories must remain sealed to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our beauty lab inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
